Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

If your order is damaged, missing an item or part, incomplete or incorrect in any way, we are happy to reship, replace or refund items. Please contact us here or at the address on your order confirmation receipt, and include your order number, a description, and include any related photos to help us understand the issue.

Gift Cards

All gift cards are final sale.

All Other Returns

Returns and exchanges for any other reason are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs, including Priority or Express shipping costs, are non-refundable. Email us your order number at the email address on your order receipt and request to return your item. A return shipping label can be emailed to you, or you may choose to work directly with a carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are generally not covered by Reclaimed Wool. We will issue a refund or exchange promptly after your return is received, less the cost of return shipping, if applicable.
