Processing Orders

Orders are typically processed between one and three business days. Express orders are processed within one business day. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Reclaimed Wool is not responsible for orders shipped to invalid or incorrect addresses.

Please contact us if an address needs to be updated. Orders cannot be modified after they have shipped.

Processing times may be longer during peak seasons.

Shipping Orders

Flat Rate $5.00 Standard Shipping

We ship via USPS and UPS within the USA.

Your items ship at at a flat rate of $5 regardless of how much you spend in our online store, and the checkout process defaults to this $5.00 Standard Shipping selection. You will also be offered other shipping options, in the upper right corner of the checkout section.

Priority Shipping (2-3 days) or Express Shipping (1-2 days) are available for an additional cost at check out. When you choose this option, please allow at least 24 hours for us to pack your items. We make every effort to get your items packed and to the shipper before end of business that same day.

Standard processing times (one to three days, see above) may take longer during peak seasons. If you would like to ensure your order arrives by a certain date, please choose Priority or Express Shipping.

Express Shipping

We do our best to ship Express Orders placed before 1 p.m. Pacific Time Monday – Friday from our location the same day. Express Orders placed after 1 p.m. Pacific Time or on weekends will ship the following business day.

Holiday Shipping

Orders placed by December 8th will be processed and shipped to arrive before December 25th. Orders placed after December 8th will still be processed and shipped, but we are unable to guarantee arrival by December 25th.

We will do our best to promptly annually post the determined cut-off dates for delivery by Christmas each year on this page and in our newsletter, as determined by the major carriers we use: the USPS and UPS, as soon as they are made known to us. We ourselves, cannot guarantee these dates.

Signature Required for Delivery

Reclaimed Wool is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. To protect your order from being left at your door unattended, select the signature required for delivery for a nominal additional cost to add it to your cart before the checkout completes.

Packing Material

Reclaimed Wool is committed to using sustainable and eco-friendly materials whenever possible. We may ship your order in repurposed, recycled or reused packaging. We use new kraft tissue with a post-consumer &/or recycled content to wrap your items, and we minimize the use and purchase of new plastic bubble stuff, and minimize or refrain from creating plastic promotional freebies with our logo on it. We may occasionally include promotional postcards or stickers in our packaging. We trust the best way to communicate our brand, story and our message is via our products themselves.

Holiday and Other Celebration Gift Wrapping

A Personalized Message/Note

Right now we are happy to ship your item to the recipient of your choosing and include a personalized note when you buy a a gift card, potholders, coaster, fiber kits or fiber collections. We do not gift wrap packages (yet).

Follow the instructions at checkout to fill out the form with the sentiment you would like to include with your gift. This free option will not delay your shipment.

Tracking Information

An email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed. To view order details and tracking information, click "View your order" at the bottom of your confirmation email. 

Delivery

If you receive confirmation that your order was delivered but have not received it, please give it 24 hours for processing by the carrier. If your package hasn't arrived after 24 hours, contact the carrier first, then reach back to us to help resolve it.

Reclaimed Wool is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages marked as successfully delivered. We offer multiple shipping options during the checkout process, including a $4 “Signature Required for Delivery” option for additional security. If you did not select this service, Reclaimed Wool is not liable for the loss.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please have your order number ready and contact us. Damaged or incorrect items can be reshipped or refunded. View our Refund and Return policy here.
