Hand-dyed love! The mottled appearance of differnt depths of color, achieved on this fabric, is intentional and reflects the easy way of wool to absorb color.
Our 100% wool potholders are made with medium to heavy weight new or vintage fabrics sourced in small batch from mill waste, old garments or blankets. Each comes with a leather tab cut from the waste generated by our coaster production.
Reclaimed Wool’s first wool potholders were made from recycled, post-consumer sweaters in 1998. Tweedy versions have been a customer favorite since about 2015 for those who appreciate a softer, flexible hand.
These all wool potholders are always limited in availability, so if you see something you love, now is the best time to purchase it!
